2. Nature of Service & Provider Status

  • Repair Order Intelligence acts solely as a technical service provider.

  • We function as a conduit for information transmission and processing, similar to a telecommunications or internet service provider.

  • We do not originate, monitor, edit, or endorse the content uploaded by users to our systems.

3. User Responsibilities & Content Liability

  • Users are solely responsible for all content, documents, and data they submit to our platform.

  • Users must ensure that their submitted content does not violate any applicable laws or the rights of any third party.

  • Repair Order Intelligence assumes no responsibility or liability for any data, documents, or content uploaded to our platform by users.

  • We are not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the content uploaded by any user.

4. Data Privacy & Redaction

  • We are committed to the confidentiality of your business and customer information.

  • We encourage all customers to proactively pre-redact any sensitive or personally identifiable information (PII) from their documents before uploading them, at their own discretion.

  • All sensitive customer data processed through our analysis machines is strictly anonymized.

  • We strip personally identifiable information (PII) from repair orders and service records to ensure that your customer data remains private and secure.

5. Billing, Tokens, and No-Refund Policy

  • By purchasing tokens, you are acquiring digital credits specifically designated for the utilization of our analysis machines.

  • Tokens are consumed upon the initiation of an analysis service.

  • All token purchases are final and non-refundable.

  • By completing a transaction, you acknowledge that no cash back or monetary refunds will be issued for any reason.

  • If an analysis report does not meet your expectations, we will review the service and, at our discretion, issue additional credits to your account.

6. Educational Use & No-Reliance Clause

  • All reports, analyses, and data generated are provided exclusively for educational and informational purposes.

  • These materials are intended to facilitate general learning about repair order workflows and operational efficiency.

  • Under no circumstances should any report or intelligence be interpreted as, or relied upon as, business, financial, legal, or investment advice.

  • You expressly agree not to use any output from our service to make specific business decisions, operational changes, or investment strategies.

  • Repair Order Intelligence shall not be held liable for any financial losses, diminished profits, or operational failures resulting from reliance on our reports.

  • All business decisions and operational practices remain the sole responsibility of the user.
